EPS 7 Peaks Challenge

Do you want to (virtually!) join the EPS team as we do our best to make a difference?

Alan Burke and Paul McCafferty will join their DPS colleagues as we all take on the challenge that is Action Cancer's 7 Peak Challenge on Saturday, September 17th.

Of the team members registered, a number of us are undertaking the challenge in memory of those who have not survived their battle with cancer, are currently undergoing treatment or just those who we hold dear to our heart.

The 7 Peaks is an 18 mile, 8,100ft test of endurance and mountain skills. The objective of the event is to climb all seven peaks in the Mourne Mountains that are over 700m above sea level following a set route - not only that, but we have just 15 hours in which to do it!!

But the main thing is that all the money raised is going to Action Cancer and every donation, little or large, will help. Thank you so much in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.

For those who may not know... Action Cancer is Northern Ireland's leading, local cancer charity. Our mission is to save lives and support local people through cancer awareness, prevention, detection and support. Action Cancer provides Digital Breast Screening, Support & Therapeutic Services, Health Checks and Health Promotion Programmes. Action Cancer does not receive government funding and we therefore rely heavily on donations from the public and the local business community.
