Meet Julia Palmer Saul. Julia and her husband Ted have four children –Rose, Lily, Sage, and Dillan. This is her story: In July 2011 she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer at the age of 38. It was a big shock because of her age and the fact that there had been no family history. Before her diagnosis Julia worked in nursing homes praying and talking to her patients who were coping with different sicknesses of their own. She held them in her arms and made them feel better. She has a lot of angels around her. Julia continues to touch so many lives. Her smile
is still the brightest and most beautiful of all.

With four little ones you wonder what will happen. You never know what’s going through their minds. People sometimes ask how do you do it with four kids, but Julia says "that’s why I do it … FOR the four kids.". She loves herbs and flowers and these four are her own little garden, Rose, Lily,Sage and Dill.

Julia has been through radiation, chemotherapy and a double mastectomy as well as other surgeries. Throughout the years since her diagnosis she has beat it only later to find it resurfaced somewhere else in her body. To Julia, of course she was scared but she also saw it as just another chapter of her life. Her faith has not wavered and she has had faith the entire time that God would help her get through this. She said "You play the hand you are dealt and with God’s help, you succeed. I know I
didn’t go through this without a reason. I want to show other people that this is not the end; it’s a new beginning."

The cancer has now spread to her stomach and her intestines, so she is no longer getting the nutrients she needs. She has spent the past few weeks spending every second cherishing time with her family, friends, relatives, praying, visiting, and making us all laugh despite all the pain she is in. We have ALL been blessed with the presence of such a beautiful, kind, caring, and
heartwarming soul for many years. We are all so sad to see her time on earth come to a close but we are all very confident that Julia is about to embark on the journey of a lifetime. She will be missed but we will reunite with her again one day. Until then, we will do whatever it takes to make sure her four beautiful little children have everything they need; especially love and support. Julia was the true epitome of an angel while she was on earth, and she will continue to be one all throughout eternity. Her story is a true testament to faithfulness and dedicating a life to God. Our time on earth is so short, just a vapor, compared to our
time in heaven.

The community has asked of ways to help Julia and her family so we decided to do a fundraiser to help her family with financial burdens.
