Surgery for pugs ruptured disc

I really don't know how to go about asking, so I am just going to tell you that my Lacey is very ill and I am praying that you will be kind enough to set help her. Last Saturday when we got her up, her back end was paralyzed and she was unable to to stand. We also noticed that she had stones in her urine. I rushed her to her vet who took, xrays,, urine and blood test. It was determined that she needed to see a neurologist for her spine and was put on antibiotics for the bladder. The bill there was almost $400.00 and I used my credit card which only has $500 on it. We made an appointment and took her to the neurologist yesterday. They needed to do an MRI and Cat Scan plus more blood tests to determine if she could be put under anesthesia for the MRI etc. All of that was done and the cost was $2,968,99. I was able to get a CareCredit Card with them to cover this. My amount of credit is $3,000 so it is pretty well maxed out. After all was done we were give an evaluation of what she needs. First, she needs bladder surgery which is scheduled for this Friday as they feel if she ends up with the stones causing a blockage it will be life threatening as she is not able to entirely empty her bladder due to her spine. The cost of the bladder surgery is estimated between $1300-$1400 and once that is done, she needs surgery on her spine as she has a ruptured disc at T3 which is causing her to be paralyzed. The estimate for the back surgery is $4,000 - $4,500. The prognosis is good. They feel she will even be able to walk again. Please let me know if you can help. We are retired and on a fixed income. We are using everything we have to take care of her. She is a retired therapy dog who gave her whole life and has been at my side for 3 different surgeries.
