<div>Als ich ein Bild von einem Tiger auf Leinwand mit Acryl gemalt habe, kam der Klick-Moment. Ich dachte, wenn ich Tiere so liebe und respektiere, warum male ich dann mit einem Pinsel aus Marderhaar oder Pelz? Die Herstellung der Pinsel ist häufig intransparent und die meisten Haare stammen aus fragwürdigen Quellen.

<div>Ich habe bereits einige Kunsthaarpinsel von 2 verschiedenen Herstellern aus Deutschland getestet und bin zu einem Ergebnis gekommen. Die Kunsthaarpinsel werden immer besser und ich kann auch damit besonders gut malen u.a. Miniaturen. Mir ist es vor allem wichtig, dass die Pinsel in Deutschland oder EU hergestellt werden.

<div>Das Geld wird dafür verwendet geeignete und nachhaltige, robuste Synthetik-Pinsel zu finden sowie zu entwickeln, sowie neue Möglichkeiten auszutesten und ein internationales Patent anzumelden. Das Geld wird ebenfalls für Marketing Ausgaben verwendet, um auf das Produkt aufmerksam zu machen.

<div>Veganism is a consequence of the fact that more and more scandals are being uncovered. It is not only animals used for food production that suffer from the way they are kept. Sensitive animals such as squirrels, weasels and foxes are kept in cages under cruel conditions for their real hair brushes. 
</div>
<div>There is no animal called a ‘red marten’; the hair comes from various species of weasel. Why was this fantasy name invented in the first place? To conceal the origin? 
</div>
<div>Some manufacturers promise to use only hair from slaughterhouse waste. But that is not enough, because where does this hair come from and why is it slaughterhouse waste? Can we really be sure that these animals were not slaughtered for this purpose or suffered in other ways? Where were the animals kept? The origin of the raw material is less transparent.

<div>The good quality promised by the manufacturers makes me particularly suspicious:

<div>Pure marten hair for the finest contours and high standards – doesn't sound too bad, does it? 
</div>
<div>If we are honest, the finest contours can also be achieved with synthetic brushes. 
</div>

<div>During my research on real hair brushes, I repeatedly encountered dead ends because the manufacturing process from animal to brush has also often lacks clarity.
</div>

<div>I am committed to promoting the production of synthetic brushes and manufacturing my own brushes. I wanted to find out which brushes are particularly well suited for miniature painting and tested various manufacturers independently. I explain that synthetic brushes are not so bad after all, just different in their handling.
