Cancer Survivor Needs Help

Last November my mother was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer. She has been very sick for the last year, going through chemotherapy and both chest and brain radiation. For a few months, she was in the hospital more than she was home. While she is in remission and is doing better, she is not back to 100% yet. As a result of her not being back to where she should be, at the beginning of August, she was terminated from her job for being out of work so long, because she was so sick. When she was let go she also lost her medical insurance along with a job that she had for 10 years. Also, when she lost her job, her disability was terminated with it. So as of August we have been really struggling to pay our rent and the rest of our bills. As of right now my mom has no idea when she will be able to return to work, let alone when she will be able to find another job. While I work 5 days a week, my part time job is not enough to even make a dent in our monthly bills. If you know either of us, you know that we would never ask anyone for help, but right now we need it.
