Jack and Matt are twins. Jack was diagnosed with Down syndrome two minutes after he was born. Growing up, their love and compassion for one another has always been obvious. The brothers have always searched for opportunities to coexist without labels. And they’ve been successful on many occasions. In true “twinning” spirit, the two share a strong sense of empathy and compassion for others, as well as a keen intuition for right and wrong. Jack and Matt have teamed up to help Special Olympics Kansas (SOKS) over the years. Their dynamic leadership in their school's R-Word campaign, internships with SOKS and participation in the 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games/Austria helped launch their multimedia production company, enterpriZe media. This inclusive production company is staffed by individuals with and without intellectual disabilities – challenging stereotypes across the board and harvesting the unique talent of each individual to focus on the bigger picture -- love and respect.

Jack and Matt have worked tirelessly over the last year in preparation for this crowdfunding campaign. Their efforts were recognized in the fall of 2017 when the pair was selected by the Ad Council to be illustrated as superheroes in the game, "League of Extraordinary Humans." The game was featured at the PAX West Gaming Conference as a part of the Ad Council's "Love Has No Labels" campaign. Over 60,000 attendees were present, and Jack and Matt were featured alongside other real-life diversity advocates representing  discrimination across disability, age, sexual orientation, religion, gender and race.

Today, Jack and Matt have launched their GoFundMe campaign in search of startup capital to fund their inclusive media production company.

The mindset for enterpriZe media is the mantra that hiring people with intellectual disabilities is a workplace "where everybody wins" for both  employers and clients alike. enterpriZe media believes people with special needs have unique ideas, considering they live life from a different perspective everyday. They are extremely creative individuals who belong in a meaningful work environment that uses their talents alongside their typically developing coworkers. enterpriZe media will set a precedent for hiring people with intellectual disabilities on a grand scale, and for all types of jobs. This includes  multimedia specialists, social media strategists, videographers, editors and more. Good ideas are within all of us, and there is no more perfect place to start a business of this caliber than the entrepreneurial spirit for which Kansas City is known.

Please join us in our mission to support employment of people with intellectual disabilities and bring quality marketing to businesses across the Kansas City metro. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated, and simply sharing our story and campaign is even more appreciated!
