Enrique's Wife Elsa Cancer Battle

My friend Enrique and his wife Elsa are facing a Cancer battle (Elsa was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer) currently they haven't found funds to deal with cancer treatment or personal expenses, unfortunately they have no health insurance that could cover the cost of treatment.
They seem to be in desperate situation due that Enrique hasn't been able to work since Elsa's diagnostic to take care of her medical conditions...
