Hello All,
My name is Nikki and I am writing this in behalf of my father-in-law, Enrico de Guzman, as he is in need of a little help.
My father-in-law was diagnosed with Kidney Failure last year and is in need of a kidney transplant. He is doing daily dialysis at the moment making returning to work impossible.
The medical bills - dialysis, donor testing, angioplasty (before he can undergo a transplant) and kidney transplant, will be quite extraordinary. Any help you can provide will be used towards these things.
Please help us get him a new kidney and get him to live a normal life again. Your generosity and compassion are greatly appreciated.
