Enough to cover some bills

I had to give up a teaching job that I was failing at, and I have found only part time work; it is helping some but not completely. The big issue is insurance, which, being diabetic, I cannot afford to lose. $1500 would pay for about two months worth of insurance and buy valuable time while I find something more permanent and full-time. All help is appreciated.
