Englewood Hospital is at the center of the growing COVID-19 outbreak in New Jersey. The hospital is entirely non-profit and needs all the help it can get. My family has had close ties with this hospital and its selfless healthcare workers for generations.
After weeks of fighting, my grandad, Ducky (you'd understand the name if you'd been to his place) passed away here from the horrible virus. He was a selfless human being and a father figure to so many. He's helped a countless number of people fight their way out of addiction and never passed judgment on them. He always brought everyone together, especially our family, and constantly went above and beyond to bring love and happiness into people's lives.
Without a doubt, he would have done whatever necessary to ensure the frontline workers in his community were well supported. So I am raising this money for Englewood Hospital on his behalf.
By donating, we can continue to provide the urgent resources needed by the patients and indispensable caregivers to help save lives and defeat this horrible virus.
