At just 17 years of age, Libby Snowdon has been named the England u22 Captain for the Indoor Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka in September and October 2025.

Unfortunately, whilst the ECB "supports" Indoor Cricket, funding does not cover player costs - and so Libby has to raise thousands of pounds to represent and Captain her country. Inexplicably, she even has to pay for her kit.

She is seeking individual sponsorship donations to help meet these costs.

It is typical of Libby's character that for the junior version of the event, two years ago in Dubai, she arranged off her own bat (if you'll pardon the pun) for every sponsors' name to be printed on her England training top (see picture) - so she could take every supporter with her. She will do this again in 2025.

Corporate sponsorships are also available from £399 for a 2-year association for which Libby will provide excellent ongoing "Social Value" collateral.

A little more background:

Libby started playing cricket, quite by chance, at the age of 8. A year later she represented Warwickshire u11s and even played for the u13s aged 9.

She is now in her 9th year with Warwickshire as a settled starter for the u18s.

She has also represented the Warwickshire Women's 2nd XI on several occasions.

Within the freshly re-booted Women's County Cricket, she plays for Herefordshire Women's 1st XI, top scoring on debut and making headlines with a quickfire 78 off just 56 balls. Her favourite innings this season was a match-winning 121 not out off 84 balls against an all-County attack.

Libby has ambitions to play professionally and would dearly love to have you along on her journey.
