Hello everyone, my name is Kathy Velez, daughter of Enedina Martinez. My mother passed away on July 24th, 2016 due to her long battle against breast cancer. My mom was a very simplistic woman, always appreciated the small things. Like how cool it was that certain flowers can come in different variations and colors. Or how there was an art that was specific to making little glass animal figurines. My favorite one is how she loved that Papa John’s would always pack there pizzas with a spicy yellow pepper. I’m sure for anyone who knew her, knew how great of a gift giver she was too. Her greatest reward was seeing smiles on peoples faces after finding them the perfect gift. Which is exactly why I’m making this fundraiser for her, after 9 long years of her not having a place to rest, it’s time to give back. I want to give everyone an opportunity to be apart of this experience with me. For anyone that would like to donate, that would be very greatly appreciated. If all goes well I have picked a spot for her in the memorial garden at the Rest Haven Cemetery. All donations will be going toward paying for her spot and marker.
