Ending the Stigma - MannMukti

Anxiety attacks. Eating disorders. Suicidal thoughts. These are just a few of the tales we heard in the hundreds of emotional stories brought forth in 2017. From California to Canada, every day, people began to #SpeakUp on what it’s like to struggle with mental illness in a culture that rejects the very notion of mental health. And for every person who shared their story, there were a dozen more saying the same - that they too, had struggled alone.


MannMukti is here for you, even when you feel like no one else is. We have chipped away at the stigma of mental health in our community, and to continue and improve upon our progress,we need your help. Today kicks off our two-week fundraising campaign. In the holiday spirit of giving, we ask that you consider making a donation - to help us help your community. Our goal is to raise $3,000, which will be used to help us host independent events, maintain our website, produce podcast episodes and more - all aimed at sharing stories and increasing awareness.
