"Discrimination against Women in Family Court" Lawsuit

Tax deductible
This fundraiser is for The Women's Coalition's "Discrimination against Women in Family Court" federal lawsuit.

The purpose of this lawsuit is to establish the fact that there is systemic discrimination against women in family courts causing them to lose custody and be unable to protect their children.

The lawsuit will serve as a basis for demanding a new system in which judges do not have the power to take children away from mothers and give them to abusive and unfit fathers. Piecemeal reforms within the present system will not make any significant difference in the Custody Crisis.

Proposed legislation for the new system will be brought to legislators with the lawsuit confirming the discrimination and need for an entirely new system.

Women everywhere will benefit from the first suits, wherever they are filed, as they will lend credibility and validation for all, as well as help to make effective, systemic change.

Donations will go to pay attorneys who file the lawsuit. The more donations, the more states the lawsuit can be filed in.

You may also contribute to our cause by making a single or recurring donation via Paypal's Giving Fund or a paid subscription to our Substack newsletter.
