Encore Academy Model UN

Encore Academy, a Title 1 Charter School in New Orleans, founded a Model United Nations Team last year. 18 dedicated students have been working tirelessly  learning diplomatic procedures, engaging in debates on current events, and developing their voice of change.

We hope that in the Spring of 2018 our team will be able to attend an international Middle School MUN competition. While there, our passionate students will have the opportunity to hone their public speaking and debate skills. In addition, our team will be able to meet over 1,500 students from around the world who share their desire to resolve real-world problems.
