Encarncion tragically lost her life from the result of domestic violence. This money is to help her family out in this time of need.
Encarnación Gutierrez, 47, of Ashby Minnesota, went home to Jesus on December 2, 2020.
Encarnación was born on March 13th,1973 to Tomas Sit and Isabel Gutierrez in Guatemala. As a young soon to be mother of four girls and a boy, Encarnación gave birth to five children.
She was a full time mom for quite some time. As the years passed by she then migrated to the United States in 2002 and worked at West Central Turkeys for 12 years.
Encarnación then moved to Ashby, Minnesota. Where she started to work at a Turkey Poultry.
She loved spending her free time with her whole family, and especially with all her grandchildren. Grandma always liked to spoil her grandchildren. And let’s not forget about the love she had for gardening. She always had beautiful roses alongside with her second favorite flower, the lily ‘Stargazer’.
Encarnación will be remembered as a loving, amazing, and caring mother that always worked hard to provide a great life for her children. And also an incredible grandmother that always had new gifts to give to her grandchildren. She was kind hearted and always had a big smile on her face to brighten up everyone’s day. Encarnación always made anyone feel like family and even though she didn’t speak English fluently, she didn’t let a language barrier get in the way of being able to be supportive to someone in need. It didn’t matter who you were or from where you came from; She would always show her caring motherly support. Her kindness would always win you over always putting others first over herself. She will be missed greatly by all those hearts she touched. No matter if she is a mile away or halfway around the world, she’ll always be close to our Hearts. This isn’t a goodbye, it’s never a goodbye, it’s more like until next time Encarnación.
