<div>ENC Kitten Nursery provides around-the-clock, critical, and specialized care for the most fragile kittens entering the shelter system. As a county shelter with a small budget, supplies are in high demand and often not available for outside programs; however, without a program such as this one, the live release rate of felines would decline significantly. The nursery is operated out of my home and has continuous operational expenses with the increased electric, water, HVAC, etc.
