En Memoria de (In Memory of) Manuel Neira

Manuel Neira Avila, was our beloved cousin, who was loved like a son. He unexpectedly and tragically passed away on Thursday, 1/7/21 at 6:30pm. Manuelito was out, having a fun day at the beach with friends. However, he was taken away by strong currents in the ocean and could not be found. Four days later, the ocean returned him and his body was found. He leaves behind his loving mother, sister (Elsa), brother (Julio), and nephew (Sebastian). 

This fundraiser was created to help cover Manuelito's funeral costs and help financially support his family. This will allow them to bring Manuel's body home and pay for his burial. We are also hoping that this will help alleviate the long-lasting financial realities that a passing brings forth to a family. Together, Manuel and Julio would cover all of their family's basic needs and living expenses. But with his passing, Julio will now have to downsize and find a way to provide for everyone. We appreciate any and all help. Thank you all.

Manuel Neira Ávila, era nuestro querido primo, al que queríamos como a un hijo. Falleció trágicamente el jueves 7 de enero del 21 a las 6:30 pm. Manuelito estaba disfrutando su día en la playa con amigos, pero fuertes corrientes del mar se lo llevó y no pudo ser encontrado. Cuatro días después, el mar lo devolvió. 

Esta recaudación de fondos fue creada para ayudar a cubrir los costos del funeral de Manuelito y ayudar a mantener a su familia. Esto les permitirá llevar el cuerpo de Manuel a casa y pagar su entierro. También esperamos que esto ayude a aliviar las duraderas realidades financieras que el fallecimiento trae a la familia. Juntos, Manuel y Julio cubrirían todas las necesidades básicas y los gastos de manutención de su familia. Pero con su fallecimiento, Julio ahora tendrá que encontrar la manera de proveer para todos.
