Angels eye surgery

My beautiful cat Angel needs to have eye surgery as she has gotten conjunctivitis and an eye ulser,  the vet has informed me that she will need to have surgery to cut her eyes so they heal, i do not have enough money to pay for this straight out and want her to be better, $1 will go along way please help me and my baby out :(
