<div>I’m Ryan DaCruz  , a proud partner and volunteer with EmpowerThroughPlay—a health-based nonprofit that collects new and gently used sneakers, cleats, and sports equipment to benefit children in refugee camps, war-torn countries, and impoverished regions around the world. I’m excited to share that I’ll be attending our next mission trip to the Dominican Republic in November 2025!

<div>EmpowerThroughPlay’s programs focus on healing communities and encouraging positive social interaction through health and fitness, art, and photography workshops designed for youth and young adults. As someone who leads life in deed and in truth , I’m an advocate for lifestyle changes and exercise to improve overall wellness. Physical activity not only benefits the body, but also boosts mental health, memory, focus, mood, and resilience. We believe exercise is medicine—it builds self-confidence, determination, and quality of life. Everyone deserves to look and feel their best, and the world would be a brighter place if we helped more people live happy, healthy lives.
