Empowerment-budget

This campaign is for creating a budget with which we can facilitate 15 to 20 other start-ups in 2021 (Esther´s agriculture project was the first one, started at the end of 2019).  Candidates for this empowerment project must live the organization´s values (integrity, equality & responsibility), they are selected through an interview, and a dialogue on their wishes & potential, and they can expect a one-time financial donation (of approximately € 50,- to € 100,-), and a life-time business-advisory relationship. This means too that they can be invited to do something positive for the NGO in return. The mission of our organization: Provide the basics for disadvantaged, vulnerable youngsters and community members such as food, clothing, medicine, and shelter, in particular education, and facilitate the development of talent, from the grassroots, through lifestyle counseling and also through sports. We aim at facilitating a self-sustaining community. Field of operation of our organization: Focalise organically from the grassroots the positive energy, the willingness to improve life, in particular of the vulnerable community members, through facilitation, empowerment & personal development and through cooperation with humanitarian organizations, government, and local organizations (like schools, medical centers, mosques & churches). We provide the basics for the needy such as food, clothing, medicine, and shelter, we assist and develop the community, investing their resources in ways that lead to self-sufficiency & self- sustenance, we rehabilitate and restore social, physical and psychological disabilities, we provide education and talent development and use sports as a way to improve physical and mental condition & providing a place to stay out of drugs, pocket-picking et cetera.
