Empowering Minority Entrepreneurs @ SBE 2025
Donation protected
Hi, guys!
I'm Kimberly Erwin, and I need your help to support my participation in the Small Business Expo in New York City at the Jacob Javits Convention Center on Wednesday, May 7th during Small Business Week 2025.
"To be relevant you have to be seen, as well as heard."
SEE UPDATE BELOW!
At the Expo, I interviewed minority small business owners to help them showcase their business and brand and provide them with video clips to further their promotional efforts.
"Together, we riSE."
Your donation helps me to reach and assist more entrepreneurs who, through their businesses, help service our diverse communities. Specifically, pay for the experience.
Breakdown:
The cost of the booth ($5500) we are standing at and the other fees, like that of insurance ($125). Other costs include transportation to the venue ($250) and incidentals (like the tables and chairs, electrical outlet, etc. at $675).
Thank you in advance for any amount you able to provide and for SHARING...
Love. Beauty. Joy.
UPDATE!
Here I am at the EXPO with our first entrepreneur interviewee, Jazmin McGhee of JazzStyles. Her business goals at the Expo were to make more connections. And, she did! Watch our final video to find out more about her brand.
50 interviews in one 5 hour session! This is great for our skeleton volunteers--videos footage, like that of Jasmin's two minute interview will be rendered and provided to her. We will also connect her with the others who may have signed up but didn't have the opportunity to be interviewed.

*Each person interviewed will receive this to help market their brand on their digital media platforms.
I'll add the links for all of those who have donated! Get to know those you have supported by your kind, generous donation.
