Audre Lorde once said, “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.” At HW Community Fitness, we challenge and support each woman to come in and take care of herself as an act of self-preservation.  At HW Community Fitness, we stand with our community in fighting racial injustices including health inequities.  ____________________________________________________________________________________________ By donating to this GoFundme, you are insuring that the women we serve (and those we haven't connected with yet) are able to use our facility as apart of their own self-preservation.
