Empower Motaz's Education Beyond Gaza

Greetings. My name is Cynthia Newsome and I live in the US. I am a good friend of Motaz Mezied, and am pleased to host this campaign for him as he seeks to finish his education outside of Gaza. I will transfer the funds to him when he is able to leave to complete his schooling. Below is a message from Motaz to give more insight into his needs and plans. Thank you for supporting him.

Hello everyone, I am Motaz, I am 19 years old. I joined the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Azhar University in Gaza as a first-year student shortly before the war. During the war, my university was destroyed and education was stopped, so I worked hard and tried to obtain a scholarship to complete my dream of studying medicine, as I recently obtained a A scholarship to study the specialty of human medicine in Indonesia, Mataram University, which is a partial scholarship. I am currently working as a volunteer at Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah since the second month of the war. I have been treating patients and providing them with adequate care as much as I can.

I now need this money to leave Gaza in order to attend university, and to pay costs related to my expenses and many of my needs at the university, such as: textbook fees, language courses, and devices, materials, and tools that help me facilitate my studies throughout these years.
