<div><a href="https://www.freecolumbia.org/residency-program" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Free Columbia Artist Residency Program</a>  is built upon this idea, and we have been so privileged in these last three years to host such wonderful artists, each of whom brings unique ideas, visions, and perspective to our budding program, and takes with them some of ours. In this span, we have been home to filmmakers, musicians, potters, sculptors, painters, dancers, storytellers, and chefs. We have been witness to the power of creativity and community in shaping positive growth in young people, and how a residential program centered around self-designed artistic practice is enabling of inner work, connection and collaboration, and taking next steps in a world that often undervalues art and artists.
