Help a Disabled Veteran Regain Freedom and Dignity!

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Chris and I'm a thirty-plus year friend and brother in arms of United States Air Force Veteran Technical Sergeant (TSgt) Lowell Keith Clifton. I am reaching out on behalf of a beloved Veteran who has given so much for his country - and now needs help.

Keith has dedicated his heart and soul to family, friends, and his Country. Keith served a total of eleven and a half years in the Air Force (four years active duty and the remaining time in the Air National Guard). Keith was hit with devastating news in April 1999 after he had returned from a deployment to Prince Sultan Airbase in Al Kharj, Saudia Arabia; and has left him confined to a wheelchair.
Prior to 1999, you would have found Keith at work or college trying to better himself for his family. On Keith's days off, you would have found him on a lake fishing or in the woods hunting. He has sold his dream home, because he could no longer maintain it due to his health.

Despite these daily challenges, he remains resilient and full of life. However, transportation has become a major barrier to basic independence and quality of life.

We are raising funds to help offset costs of a specially equipped mobility van.

This van will allow Keith to attend medical appointments, visit family, and simply enjoy the freedom to go places most of us take for granted.

Items to fund:
-Interior space to accommodate his mobility devices (electric wheelchair, etc).
-Interior space similar to that of a small camper so he can enjoy freedom and mobility that we don't think about.
-A built-in restroom, providing the privacy and dignity every person deserves. Not everyone, including family members don't have mobility equipped restrooms and wheelchair accessible doors.
-Wheelchair lift for safe and easy access (VA will assist with funds).
-Hand controls for safe operation (VA will assist with funds).

Every donation - no matter the size- brings us closer to our goal and gives Keith the freedom to live more fully.

Please consider sharing this fundraiser with friends, family, or anyone who might be moved to help a hero and brother in need.

Respectfully,
Chris
