Hello! I'm Isabelle Lee, a singer-songwriter and music teaching artist in local public schools across New York City's 5 boroughs.

Music is my greatest love, and singing is my greatest joy. I've sung my whole life, but I only started songwriting while living in Spain in 2020, when pandemic pressures and cultural barriers to expression finally made my voice overflow into music, a language in its own right, in order to connect with myself. Since then, songwriting has become an indispensible survival skill for me, an alchemical practice of putting my inner world to sound through the breathwork known as singing. In the past years, I've grown musically in all directions through communal jamming, circlesinging, teaching, leading a band, and performing. It's been thrillingly exponential, and I'm so excited to venture into professional recording!

I would be so grateful for your financial support as I record my music, widening its audience beyond the scope of my local live performances and providing me a musical resumé to share in the music industry as I expand.
