I am Alister aged 25 years old. Today I would love to tell you the story of my mom and me. My mother is Marie Maud and she is a wonderful mother. There was only both of us as my father divorce my mother when I was a baby. I had a wonderful childhood, even though it was not easy for my mother but she did everything she can to give me a happy life.
In September 2016, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and she was only 49 years old. That was the hardest day of my life. I feel like the world has stopped and it was the end. Later I realized that this a misconception that people have about cancer. My mother started Chemotherapy and radiotherapy for a year. She went through different stage of losing her hair and losing 10 kg in a year. It was really tough for her and still was so determined to fight the cancer and I gave her my full support throughout her treatment.
After her last treatment of radiotherapy in June 2017, she was so happy to stop these heavy treatments. Each day was a new day and each baby step was a great achievement for her. Still my mother was having difficulties to walk and move properly so her oncologist proposed a bone scan which was due in April 5, 2018. But in April 15, she had a broken femur and she was immediately hospitalized and bedridden. As a misfortune never comes alone, the result came as it was earth shattering. The cancer has now spread to her bones and she is now in stage 4 of the cancer.
Her oncologist advised her to go for a second chemotherapy treatment but she refused to go through it again. I fully support her decision and I am trying to find ways to help her. So, I contacted some naturopaths in Australia and in different location as Sydney, Melbourne and Queensland. They all agreed that a natural treatment which will last for 12 months will be very helpful for her. I have done a lot of research on this treatment and it is very beneficial and effective.
My appeal to you all today is to ask for your help. My mom has stopped working since 2016 and as for myself I have just started working and as I don’t make much. With your help, I would really like to send my mother to Australia so that she can follow the natural treatment recommended by naturopaths. This treatment is my last chance to save my mom and keep her close to me.

Salut à tous, je m’appelle Alister, j’ai 25 ans et je vis à l’ile Maurice avec ma mère Marie Maud. Comme elle est divorcée, elle a dû m’élever seule (j’avais un an). Mon enfance a été paisible jusqu’en septembre 2016 lorsqu’elle a été diagnostiquée d’un cancer du sein a l’âge de 49 ans. A ce moment-là, tout s’est écroulé. Elle a subi des traitements très lourds tels que la chimiothérapie et la radiothérapie pendant environ un an et demi. Le plus dur a été la perte de ses cheveux 17 jours seulement après sa première séance de chimiothérapie et en fin de traitement elle a aussi perdu 10 kg. Malgré cela, elle est restée forte et elle a tenu bon.
En juin 2017, elle a commencé à avoir des douleurs d’articulation et de musculation qui se sont aggravées au fil des mois. Après avoir consulté l’oncologue, il lui a fait passer un examen de scintigraphie (un scan des os) vers le 5 avril 2018 et elle devait encore attendre le prochain rendez-vous (en juin) pour les résultats. Entretemps, le 15 avril elle a eu une fracture du fémur. En juin 2018, le médecin nous annonce que ma mère ne pourra pas être opérée, le couperet est tombé, le résultat a annoncé que son cancer s’est propagé jusqu’aux os, elle est maintenant en stage 4 de ce cancer. Ils ont alors proposé un traitement conservateur et depuis ce jour elle est alitée.
L’oncologue lui a proposé une deuxième séance de chimiothérapie qu’elle a refusée car elle ne voulait pas subir à nouveau de lourds et pénibles traitements, elle ne se sentait pas assez forte pour l’affronter. J’ai donc eu l’idée de prendre contact avec des naturopathes de Sydney, Melbourne et Queensland en Australie. Ils ont tous été du même avis et ont proposé une chimiothérapie naturelle et un traitement naturel d’une durée de 12 mois environ.
Ma maman ne travaille pas depuis 2016, elle est pensionnaire, nous avons donc besoin d’aide. J’aimerais l’envoyer en Australie pour qu’elle puisse suivre le traitement naturel conseillé par les naturopathes. J’ai fait beaucoup de recherches sur ce traitement et il est très bénéfique et efficace. Ce traitement est ma dernière chance de sauver ma maman et de la garder près de moi. Grace à votre générosité, je pourrai payer son billet d’avion, son logement, son traitement ainsi que tout ce dont elle aura besoin pour survivre.
