Kidney transplant for Jumoke

Pls donate to save Jumoke's live. She is a vibrant young girl who has been struck down by kidney failure. The pictures says a lot about how things have suddenly changed for her physically. She is on weekly dialysis but she needs to raise fund to have a kidney Transplant as soon as possible. Jumoke is an orphan and before now she was a hardworking lady going about her daily business.
