Emmie Gold is hurting, can we stop the pain?!

Hi I'm Emmies mom Brenda and I love her so very much! Emmie is a 4 year old Boxer who was out playing with her furbrother when she stepped down into a mole hole and that's when we heard her scream and saw her buckle and knew she had gotten pretty hurt! To the veterinary office we went and was told she had torn her ACL tendon and would eventually require surgery if pain medication and rest did not help. Well unfortunately that route has not worked and Emmie is to have surgery! It's a pricey surgery and something this family was not expecting, nor does any other family! Emmie is so special to me, I have medical problems and am disabled and Emmie is my helper, she knows when I'm hurting and having tremors and she will lay across me to help them stop. She also knows
when I have nightmares from which I get from PTSD and past abuse she will wake me gently with her nose or a nudge of her head and then lay with me to help me relax.  She unfortunately has not been able to do this for me because she can not get up quickly or even on her own. It's my turn to help her, so can anyone please help us and one day we will pay it forward! I don't like asking but due to the pandemic all 3 kids were back home with no work studies and so dad and I had to financially help them out paying their bills and insurance and phone and...i recently had a heart attack and can not go back to work, so our struggles are real and the fact Emmie is just so needed!
