Emma's Extraordinary Madrid Trip

Thank you for checking my story! My name is Emma, and I am 20 years old. I am the oldest of five children (and four dogs!), and I would describe myself as hardworking, compassionate, and motivated. I am currently in the process of preparing for a once in a lifetime experience to Madrid. I want to study abroad because I believe that the experiences of studying abroad will not only broaden my academic knowledge, but they will expand my global knowledge and awareness of other cultures. I am taking a semester off from college to afford my studies in Madrid. With your help, I will be able to experience living in a foreign country, expand my knowledge of the Spanish language, and I can initiate my plans to volunteer to teach local young people to improve their English and writing skills.
