On Thursday, October 12th, my world was shattered when Emmanuel was tragically shot, and to make matters even more heart-wrenching, he was pronounced dead on Saturday, October 14th. What's equally devastating is the fact that this information was kept hidden from the public - my son was shot in the head by the police.
