Emmanuel Iziah Ulysses Torres AKA "Manny" was taken at the young age of 16 years old. He suffered a gunshot wound. The shooting happened just before 7:30 pm April 15, 2021 at Southeast 6th and Chandler. We are asking for help with any donation to go towards his funeral costs so he can be laid to rest peacefully.
