Eminence Ensemble Van Repairs

Donation protected
For those of you that don't know, Eminence Ensemble (Boulder, CO) had a five-show Midwest run scheduled at the end of May. However, Murphy's Law decided against it. About 15 miles west of Kansas City, our transmission blew out, leaving us completely stranded in a town called Mission, KS. This was late on Thursday night and every transmission service in the area was booked through Friday and closed for the weekend. This resulted in us cancelling ALL five shows, buying four nights of motel rooms (for 8 people), and having to completely replace our transmission. Unfortunately, a tour that we were expecting to gain new fans and finances on turned into a $5000 setback. So we're are reaching out to YOU! Going on tour is a lot of work in which most musicians barely see any money from. It all goes back into the band's gear and travel expenses. So for any touring bands or businesses, a $5000 debt on top of the startup cost can be detrimental and sometimes even the end. But we have been doing this for eight years and we are not even close to being done! If we can raise this money, we will be able to continue to share our music with the world without having a big, dark financial cloud hanging over us, and without having to work absurd hours (70+/week) at day jobs to pay to play our own music. We will turn the money donated into music that will be much more valuable to music lovers everywhere. Your support is greatly appreciated!
