Emily's Volunteer Mission to Cambodia

I am planning a two week volunteer mission to Cambodia this summer with Reach Out Volunteers! I will work with the Marine Conservation team in the hopes of preserving the coral reefs that have been damaged due to harmful fishing practices in the area. In addition, we will work towards regenerating fish and seahorse populations that have been diminished. Our program will also work with the local community, far removed from the tourist areas. I will have the opportunity to build schools and playgrounds for the kids, and build homes for the families in need. This mission is quite expensive, and any contributions will go a long way to make this dream a reality!
