Just moments after being born into this world, Emily Rose Cortez passed away peacefully in the NICU at the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. During her short time on earth, she touched many lives and was loved by all her family. Born nearly 27 weeks premature and weighing only 1 lb, 10 oz, and 12.25 inches long. Emily Rose was born at 6:14pm on August 28, 2017 and passed away August 28, 2017 at 6:46pm.
