Help Us Create Lasting Memories with Our Son, Emiliano Gael Fuentes

Dear Friends, Family, and Compassionate Strangers,

On January 15th, 2024, our sunshine, Emiliano Gael Fuentes, was born, bringing endless joy to our lives. But on April 8th, 2024, our world was shattered when he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. A parent's worst nightmare, we were faced with the unknown of what his future would hold. Despite the pain, fear, and uncertainty, we have remained determined to do everything possible to give him the life he deserves.

Emiliano has endured countless lumbar punctures, surgeries, a brain bleed, illness after illness, and chemotherapy after chemotherapy. Yet, through it all, he has kept his beautiful smile, fighting to be the happy baby we know and love. Most of last year was spent in the hospital, as we continued the fight with chemo after chemo, hoping it would work. However, a couple of weeks ago, we were heartbroken to learn that, despite his strength, our son has fought the good fight. We’ve now entered hospice care.

Emiliano is the light of our lives, and every moment with him is precious beyond words. As we don't know how much time we have left with our sweet boy, we want to focus on making lasting memories with him, creating a bucket list that we can cherish forever. Unfortunately, Emiliano doesn’t qualify for the Make-A-Wish program, so we are reaching out to you for help.

We are raising funds to allow me and his dad to stay home with him and make his remaining time as special as possible. Your support—whether through donations or prayers—will help us achieve this goal and bring comfort to our hearts during this incredibly difficult time.
