Emileigh Cawthon

 I am starting this gofundme page for the strongest young lady I know Emileigh Cawthon from Monroe, GA. She is 17 years old and has now been diagnosed for the 2nd time in her young life with cancer. At the age of only 15 months old she was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma in her right leg. She underwent over 40 rounds of chemo and she had to have her right leg amputated from the knee down at the age of 18 months old. Emileigh has overcame a lot of obstacles her in short lifetime. But kept her faith in god and lived a happy normal and active childhood.

  Now at the age 17 she has been diagnosed again with a different type of rare cancer. On May 19, 2020 Emileigh was having pain in her left hip and leg. She went for an MRI and unfortunately, they found a mass on her left hip. She was diagnosed again with a rare cancer Osteosarcoma. Emileigh was admitted to CHOA at Scottish Rite. After more test the doctors have determined that the best treatment would be to undergo chemo and to amputate her left leg from the hip down. She then started chemo again for the 2nd time on May 22nd. At this time, I can’t image how she feels and the last thing she needs to worry about is finance for her and her mom. I am asking that you donate any amount to help this family out. I also ask that you keep them in your prayers for they will need all they can get.
