Emergency Vet Care Needed for Jet

My foster pup Jet was abandoned here months ago. This week, he decided to eat a rope toy to shreds and ingest it. All signs point to a blockage, but the vet bill is too much. He needs emergency attention ASAP. I'm contacting all rescues and anyone who can potentially help. As of right now, he just needs to be diagnosed; I'm sure surgery will be next, but we're praying otherwise. Thank you.
