Emergency vet care for pancake

So yesterday morning Pancake fell off the balcony and fractured his back leg.
I had to bring him to the emergency and he basically needs to have a cast put on him. At a normal time this wouldn't be too dramatic but the emergency vet is pricey and I am already at my credit limit and out of savings
The whole thing is setting me back about 1400 and that's not including the cost check up visits I'll need to do for him to make sure he's healing properly.
I love my peeper so much and chances are if you've met him you probably do too.
