<div>I have an urgent need for a baddly dissease called "Helicobacter pylori" guess I have a higher than normal pain tolerance but I have let this some weeks long. If I wait any longer my treatment options will undoubtably because i have such as stomach pain, nause, or vomiting

<div>some years, the country has been sinking into violence and unrest between gangs and police forces, with millions of people trapped in the middle.

<div>This country no longer has the rule of law, criminal gangs control everything everywhere, rackets, kidnappings, assassinations, every day the country plunges into ever more violent chaos, organ trafficking, rape and revenge killings.

<div>Any donations will now have to be redirected from fees for hospital, cost the medicine , food, and other needs of uprooted Timoun art school students for the back to school this years
