My life partner of 21 years recently passed away unexpectedly. He was my main financial provider, and his loss has left me not only heartbroken but also facing a sudden and overwhelming financial challenge. The money I would normally receive from him will be held in probate for a while, which means I have no access to the support I relied on. As a student studying medical billing, I am now having to navigate life on my own for the first time.

I was born with cataracts and have limited vision in only my right eye, which adds to the challenges I face every day. On top of this, I am battling with mental health struggles due to my partner's illness and subsequent death. I have had no time to grieve because I need to plan for myself financially as well. I am actively looking for roommates to help out a bit, but I still find myself falling short until probate clears.

The funds raised here will help cover my immediate living expenses and essentials while I wait for probate to clear. This support will give me some breathing room as I adjust to life on my own and continue my studies. Through all of this, my beloved bird has been my emotional support and constant companion. I don't want to lose her or our home while waiting for probate to clear. Your support will help me keep our home and continue caring for her as we both heal and move forward.

I am asking for any emergency financial assistance following the death of my partner and the sudden loss of finances. Any support, no matter the amount, would mean so much to me during this difficult time. Thank you for reading my story and for considering a donation to help me get through this challenging period.
