Emergency relief and support for Marisa

Our comrade, Marisa, like many, lost her job in March 2020 due to the pandemic. Unemployment benefits dried up months ago, and shortly after returning to work in the service industry they were in a hit and run bicycle accident. Left unconscious in the road to be discovered by a stranger driving down the street, Marisa was subsequently hospitalized after a trip in an ambulance. The injuries made it impossible to work while debt continued to increase.

Our goal is to raise enough money for them to catch up on at least 4 months of rent, phone, medical bills and keep her fed while they’re working a part time job and recovering from injuries.
