Emergency Move to Save my mom

Donation protected
I am by no means talking ill of anyone In this post. My mom’s boyfriend is just not capable of taking care of her growing needs. That is why I am asking for help to get home.

$3000 to pay for a U-Haul for our necessities and tow package for our car along with travel expenses to drive me, my son, my 3 pets from  Sandy, Utah to Augusta, Maine.

This is me, Heather MacFarland. This is the most humbling moment for me.  I am beside myself with terror.  No names have been included in this because it is about my mom and nobody else.

Where do I begin.  I am horrible at this stuff.  First, I thank you for looking and considering helping me save my mother.  I am ridden with anxiety and fear that she will be put in a possible unhealthy situation where she is left alone all day long. not able to get herself proper nutrition.

The story.

Around 2015 I started getting calls that my mother was in the hospital  with a broken arm, broken upper back, broken lower back, hip replacement, femur break, dehydration, the flu, another broken back, another hip revision, another leg revision.  She has a rare form of osteoporosis that creates super brittle bones. She has non cancer Parkinsons Disease.  She went from 130 pounds down to 90 pounds, she cannot stand up straight, cannot prepare food, needs assistance with about everything.  She has been tested at multiple rehab facilities and has tested to convalescent home.  Unfortunately, I moved to Utah years ago and have been trying get back to my family for years.  2 consecutive knee replacements and living on a fixed income has made it financially impossible to move back home. She hasn't lived in her house for almost a decade.  It needs a good scrub down before she moves back in with 24 hour care I WILL provide. She has averaged 8 to 10 hospital trips per year in the past 2 years alone.

I was called 3 days ago from her boyfriend, yelling at me and calling me a bad daughter.  He said he can no longer take care of her yet he has already planned to pull her from the rehab center in a couple of weeks and bringing her home. Tons of medical bills are piling up in her name.  I need to get home to save her from another tragic fall, slip, or malnourished dehydrated trip to the hospital.

She is 77 and DESERVES the best 24 hour care where gets everything she needs. Doesn't any mother?

I have been battling near poverty levels as I am a disabled veteran with a son in tow.  We have been trying so hard to get home for 2 years now so that we can take care of my mom.  Now it has become even more urgent that I can get back home and take care of my mom.  Her house is in dissaray and unlivable.  It needs to get cleaned out and scrubbed up since she hasn't lived there for over a decade.

please, to anyone reading this:  I need to get home to my family.  If you feel it in your heart to help a daughter do what is best for her mother, please please, I would appreciate even a penny.
