After months of job searching and being laid off from my last position, I am now facing an urgent need to relocate out of state. My ex’s mother, who has never been supportive of me, has served me notice after my rent lapsed due to unemployment. As a trans person with nowhere else to turn and no local support, I need to move to Madison, Wisconsin as soon as possible to start fresh and rebuild my life.
