i am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my partner currently in crisis. she would prefer to stay anonymous on this fundraising page for her personal well-being as it is shared around, but please feel free to contact me with any questions privately. presently, my partner is facing a mental health crisis, and she is doing so without current medical insurance. this moment has been informed by trauma recollection and intensified by chronic illness.

right now, this means that handling it on our own / with our own funds is not feasible right now. the next immediate steps she will need for her health and safety will likely include both out of state travel and securing professional care. this process could take a couple of months, and we will only know just how long / what to plan for once we are able to start.

these funds would be going towards making a dent in the following expenses;— 1. the losses from an undetermined amount of missed work, 2. rent, 3. potential treatment bills without present insurance, 4. flights and transportation, etc. i'm continuing to adjust our goal as we go and we figure more of the specific details / financial breakdown out together.

i know everyone is facing a hard time currently, and feeling it very deeply— and yet, i am doing my best to not let this keep me from starting try and assemble these necessary steps & i encourage everyone to do the same if and when they need it. <33
