Emergency Medical Expenses For Baby Annamae Altman

My sister Danielle and her family left Iowa and drove to South Dakota for Thanksgiving. On their way she started having contractions and soon realized the baby was coming. She was quickly taken to deliver the baby in the emergency room via C-section, which she wasn't scheduled to deliver for another week.  

Danielle tested positive for COVID-19.  Which was devastating for the couple since the dad couldn't be in the delivery and the baby wouldn't be allowed to be with my sister.

Baby AnnaMae Altman began having intestinal complications. The doctor had to do an emergency surgery removing a cyst which was pinching the intestine, causing it to become blocked. 

Because of COVID restrictions they aren't letting Danielle see the baby for the next 7 days. She will have to be quarantined at a hotel and baby AnnaMae will be held in the critical care unit in the hospital. 

Due to the quarantine Danielle can only see the baby through a baby monitor at the hotel. And is in need to buy/rent a breast pump to be able to provide the baby with milk. 

Since this occurred outside Iowa they don't know if any insurance will cover Medical Expenses.

The Most Urgent Needs Is:
1. Medical expenses (This will cost more then $7,000)

We all know how important it is for babies to have the comfort and safety of the mother they've been with for 9 months in the womb.

Update:

They were able to leave the hospital with the baby and take her back home. Everything seemed to be functioning fine. 

Shortly after arriving the baby began projectile vomiting. She seemed weak, did not move very much and started to struggle breathing. They took her back to the hospital and the Dr. said she will need another surgery very soon.
