<div>On Friday, September 19th, <strong>my dad was detained and taken to an immigration processing facility located in IL.</strong> I then received a call from my father on Monday, September 22nd, informing me that he was transferred to a jail facility. Since his detainment, my family has been fighting to make sure he receives the medical care he desperately needs. <strong>Every day without proper care puts his health and safety at serious risk.</strong>

<div>Earlier this year, my dad underwent back surgery after losing the ability to walk. He worked tirelessly to rebuild his strength and was just starting to return to his daily life. Now, all that progress is in jeopardy.

<div>He also lives with diabetes, high cholesterol, and a lung disease that causes a constant, severe cough. These conditions make proper medical attention absolutely critical. Without immediate care, his health could rapidly decline. <strong>Funds raised will go directly toward:</strong>
