Emergency Medical Care for puppy hit by truck

Hi my name is Wilson! I am one years old and I love playing on the beach with my big sister Tenzin and eating pigs ears! On the morning of November 15th I was hit by a distracted driver behind the wheel of a large pickup truck. I was very lucky to survive, however my injuries are substantial.

After the accident, I was taken to the 24-hour vet hospital where they told my mom that I suffered three pelvic fractures, one of which is displaced. The fractures are in a very dangerous location near where my sciatic nerve runs through my pelvis. All of a sudden, yesterday the pain intensified .The vets believe my sciatic nerve could be under tension because of the fractures, and so I am currently in even more pain and discomfort.

In order to properly diagnose my injuries given my current state, I need to undergo a 3,000$ CT scan, which is in addition to several thousand already spent on my emergency medical care. Further treatment is expected to be upwards of 30,000$ which includes hip and pelvic surgery, medication, and extensive rehabilitation. Unfortunately, I require around the clock care as I am on crate rest, so my mom has had to take time off work.

My mommy loves me very much and is doing everything in her power to get me the medical attention that I need. Any donations towards my recovery will help increase my chances of a long, happy, and healthy life. The vets are very optimistic about my recovery as long as I can access the proper treatment needed, so I appreciate all of your love and support!
