My dogs, cats, and I need help to survive and make it before the winter 2020 ahead comes along. I have helped people my whole life as a Certified dog behaviorist and trainer for over 35+ yrs Certificate Pet Nutritionist for 27+yrs a Cert. Homeopath for a little over 4 years. I have done things without any fee for people many times in addition to paying clients! I still help people often without a fee offline and even online like my Facebook group on raw feeding and homeopathy that they can use for their dogs, cats and themselves to keep them as healthy as possible. It is because of my love for animals and the people who love them as I love mine that I do these things. But I need help now for my dogs, cats, and myself. Here is my story.
After living in Maryland for 15 years, my dogs, cats, and I had to leave my previous home we lived in for the last 15 years and move from there to property here in New York end April 2020 that I owned outright because I was going to be evicted. I had gone through 11 years of trying to save my home but the foreclosure process took it away. I did every single thing - EVERYTHING – to save this home and place for us! I even offered to pay rent but they refused! The banks worked nothing out with me. Nothing! They even forged my name onto a copy of a Note but I didn't have $20,000+ to take them to civil court for forgery! Because of car accidents years ago that caused severe back injuries including multiple herniated discs, Grade II Spondylolisthesis on my L5/S1 joint, migraine headaches, numbness in my legs and right arm, I no longer could work as often I did as a behaviorist and dog trainer even though I tried to do it. By last winter to early Spring 2019, my back pain was so severe I could not continue anymore at least for now until I figure things out after I was to move back to NY. I have only disability income with NO health insurance or any other source of income!!!! While trying to fight eviction, a contractor I found in New York was supposed to build my new house or at least finish the walk-out basement for me, the dogs, and cats so we could live in that as some type of safe, stable, suitable home until I could finish the small home I had hoped to completely build over the basement one day ahead. This contractor sent me photos of work he had done, but my realtor checked on his work progress and let me know he had done very little including not completing the laying of the foundation!! I paid him the money every time he sent me photos which turned out to be fraudulent photos even though he had a contract. He stole ALL my money - $50,350!!!! He left my dogs, cats, and myself with NOWHERE to live and nothing to show for the money I gave him. He also left me with a $20,000 construction debt with Corming Building Supply Company!!! Because of this contractor, my credit was ruined which is why I could not and STILL cannot get a mortgage, loan or any other help from a bank or any other

finance options to get a place for us all. They will not arrest him and there is no way he could repay this even IF he were in jail. The police said he is either a meth addict and/or dealer!! And that he did little work and used the money for his drugs! They said there is nothing I can do to recover this money from him even IF he had it which he doesn’t.
I also used to co-own a beautiful female dog with a woman that turned out not only to be a liar, cheat, and THIEF who stole $12,000!! from me that she knew I needed to survive on as well. She forged my name to an AKC application and only received a slap on the wrist. I did not have time to report forgery to the police in her state due to me fighting to find a place to live for my dogs, pups, cats and myself. She no longer co-owns the dog anymore after forging my name and stealing my money! Almost my entire life savings was stolen last year and I can't believe we are all still alive!! $83,500.00!!!
My one older brother was kind enough to help by buying a used, small 5th wheel (RV) where I am living with the dogs and cats that is on my property here in New York My poor dogs have to sleep in Amish shed in crates now when they were used to living and sleeping inside my previous homes!!! And I feel horrible about this but they are at least still here and very well. My dogs and cats are my family and are the reason I have gotten to this point so far!!! This poorly constructed foundation only – not the finished basement – is left along with all the site work but must be finished as the thief contractor didn't do half of what he was paid to complete!
My brother refuses to help me any further so I have nowhere to turn at all. This 5th wheel RV will NOT be a livable place for the winter: An employee who works with the County Code Enforcement and Building Code Officer stated to me that they never allow this type of residence or living arrangement at ALL in the winter because of the severe and freezing cold weather for months in Upstate NY. The 5th wheel has SO MANY problems with it including a toilet that no longer works, is NOT insulated, and requires regular filling of the propane tanks so the little larger tank gotten for this still costs $225.00 every 2 weeks in winter depending on how cold it is. I have already spent $253.00 for the heat needed the last week of April and first 2 weeks of May!!! JUST due to cold weather for this little bit of time!!! IF something happened and I could not get a company to get here to refill the propane as needed, we all could and more than likely would literally freeze to death!!!!! I cannot pay these high bills especially in the cold winter on disability and feed my animals much less myself. There is NO agency that can help us at all. NONE! I have checked everywhere including People's with Disabilities!
I have gotten estimates to correct and add the things the initial contractor did either not at all or incorrectly to construct a finished basement to live in. In order to completely finish the foundation and complete the finished basement I got estimates with all the documentation. The pricing is MUCH higher than I ever imagined!! $85,000 to $95,000!! This would be a place with a kitchenette, small living area, bathroom, bedroom and space for my animals and me that would provide this living place before the next winter begins in Nov. 2020. In a year or 2 I hope my credit can be repaired because of the contractor ruining it so eventually I can complete the whole house above this. I pray you can find it in your hearts and souls to help my dogs, cats, and me get this done so that we can have a safe, enclosed, suitable living space, a basement home that is stable for all of us to survive here in the winters ahead and move forward in time.
